Our chef's special creation offer the finest experience of seafood delicacy blended in handpicked spices to enhance the subtle flavour. Shell blanched Lobster is marinated overnight in 6 hours hung yoghurt seasoned with brown garlic & ginger paste, ajowan caraway, freshly ground blend of coriander seeds & clove with black cumin and squeezed lemon. Then it is grilled in slow fire charcoal clay oven till perfection, served with avocado salad and green tomato & peanut chutney
